Further and Higher education
The Design Museum Student Awards
This year our annual competition asks the students to design a solution for a challenge in their own community.
We have one multidisciplinary brief that can be approached from any direction, created within the theme ‘community and togetherness’. The brief has been specifically crafted for level 3 students to add to their study programme and give them professional insight and context. We want the competition to inspire creative thinking, develop professional skills and bring the design process to life.
The Design Museum Student Awards gives students the chance to have their work recognised by leading industry professionals and the sector skills committee. Shortlisted students will be invited to attended a bespoke created workshop with professional designers.
